Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid brought together faith representatives, cultural figures and civic voices to mark diversity and coexistence. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and Denise González. Speakers presented different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can help build more inclusive communities.

In the discussion, participants explored themes such as human rights, cultural identity and respect for differences. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of EU Values Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity can become a strength when supported by education and dialogue.
